Crew — Where & When
Autumn and Ryan both arrive at the ceremony house at 1:30pm — Autumn sets florals and delivers personals, Ryan handles ceremony setup and assists where needed.
At 2:30pm, Ryan heads to Austin's to begin reception setup. Around 3:00pm, Kelsey drops the cake at Austin's then drives to the ceremony house to relieve Autumn, who slips out to walk the room at Austin's for about an hour.
By 3:45pm, Autumn is back at the ceremony house and holds it through the end of the ceremony. Kelsey returns to Austin's from here and stays through 8pm.
After the ceremony, Ryan makes the Uhaul run — back to the house, loads all decor, and delivers to Austin's. Autumn and Kelsey are holding things down at Austin's in the meantime. Ryan should be back by 5:45pm. Kelsey is done at 8pm — Autumn and Ryan carry through to 10pm.
Autumn

Arrive at ceremony house. Set all florals and deliver personals.

Kelsey arrives to take over. Head to Austin's to walk the room and check setup.

Return to ceremony house. Hold the space through end of ceremony.
4:45 PM
Ceremony ends. Stay with guests, help guide flow to reception.
5:15 PM
Head to Austin's. You're there for the rest of the night through 10pm.
Ryan
1:30 PM
Arrive at ceremony house. Help with ceremony setup and be available for any needs.
2:30 PM
Leave for Austin's. Begin unloading and setting the reception space. 2 hours to set.
5:15 PM
After ceremony wraps, take the Uhaul back to the house. Load all decor and deliver to Austin's.

Back at Austin's. Autumn and Ryan through 10pm.
Kelsey

Drop the cake at Austin's.
Right after
Drive to ceremony house. Relieve Autumn so she can go check Austin's.

Autumn comes back to the house. Head back to Austin's. You're done at 8pm.
